Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia to commercial addresses only. A commercial address is defined by your local council zoning and must allow the courier to safely unload the umbrella using a forklift or similar equipment. Residential or home-office addresses do not meet these requirements.

Lead Times
Because each Revolvashade umbrella is custom made, orders are processed and shipped according to the season:

• Off-season: 3–4 weeks

• Peak season: 4–6 weeks

Courier & Handling

• Umbrellas are delivered on a pallet or in a large box, and the courier requires safe access for unloading.

• Please ensure your delivery location is accessible and can accommodate the size and weight of the umbrella.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damage or Issues During Shipping

• Inspect your delivery upon arrival.

• Contact us immediately at sales@rvn-ind.com if there is damage or missing items so we can assist.
